Mylar film tape for electronic components is made of polyester film tape, single side coated with acrylic adhesive. for outer/interlaminar insulation of transformers and coils. Can be used for various applications. Available in numerous backing thicknesses & adhesive types/colors.

Application

1. Mylar insulation tape used in transformer, for high voltage insulation, and have the effect of flame resistance.

2. Mylar film tape covers lithium battery, to prevent leakage and battery heating and also enhances to save electricity persistence.

3. To use the motor for insulation, because the motor rotation produces a high temperature, ordinary insulating tape can't be used.

4. To tie-up up electronic components for insulation effect, to prevent contact between components from a short-circuit.
