Reason 1: glue viscosity is not enough
Solution: materials with high viscosity should be selected;
Warping reason 2: insufficient pressure of labeling machine
Solution: or the glue viscosity problem, choose the viscosity of the appropriate glue material;
Warping reason 3: label surface material
Solution: when choosing the surface material, it is necessary to consider whether the labeled object is a plane or a surface, whether it is a single surface or a sphere, whether it is a large diameter or a small diameter, whether it is a rigid body or a compressible deformation, and these factors are related to the choice of surface material. Soft materials can be selected such as PE, PVC, PP without stretching and PE and PP synthesis of soft materials, hard materials can choose PET, BOPP, PS high hardness materials;
Warping reason 4: adhesive agent selection is not appropriate
Solution: when choosing adhesive, first of all, to make clear that the adhesive label adhesive is a paste or re-paste, permanent or removable, and the commodity on a dry adhesive label adhesive chemical characteristics have special requirements. For example, when making labels on large curved surfaces, thin films or thin soft paper materials and adhesive with high initial viscosity should be selected, not heavy or hard paper materials (such as mirror coated paper); For containers that need to be hot-filled, the adhesive material surface material should choose thin-film material and adhesive with good initial viscosity;
Reason for warping 5: laminating tension control is not good, laminating tension is too tight after the label from the bottom of the paper, the label anti-warping, leading to label easy to appear after the label edge degumming, warping phenomenon.
Solution: After the label is removed from the bottom paper by the correct film covering, it is flat, not curly, and the label can keep good tracking;
Reason for warping 6: unreasonable bottle body shape design. If the surface of the bottle is partly spherical within the range of the label, the label is relatively large in the paper label labeling, and the lower end of the label is prone to wrinkle on both sides.
Solution: A reasonable design should be a flat surface inside the bottle labeling area.
